Chevening Partnership Scholarships in Malaysia
The following partnership awards are available in Malaysia. Please note that applicants will only be allowed to submit one Chevening application.

The following university awards are country specific and are open to applicants from Malaysia

- Chevening/Cardiff University Scholarship
Chevening Scholarships are awarded to talented professionals who are potential future leaders, decision-makers and opinion formers. The scholarships offer financial support to study for a Master’s degree at one of the UK’s leading universities, and the opportunity to become part of an influential and highly regarded global network.
The awards include a monthly stipend, travel to and from the UK via an approved route, an arrival and excess baggage allowance, a thesis or dissertation grant, the cost of an entry clearance visa and tuition fees (there is a global Chevening fee cap for £13,000 for MBA and Masters in Finance). If the tuition fees of your chosen course exceed this amount, please note that you may be required to supplement the balance of your award.
These scholarships are available to applicants from Malaysia looking to study at one of these universities in any specific field. Click on the links above for further details on the fields and subjects available for each award. When completing the online application form applicants must enter their chosen university partnership as their first choice university, the second and third choice can be any UK university.
If your application to your chosen partnership university is unsuccessful then you will automatically be transferred to the Chevening Malaysia Scholarship where your second and third choice university applications will be considered.

Chevening Malaysia/BAE Systems Scholarships
The British High Commission in Malaysia and BAE Systems co-fund the Chevening Malaysia/BAE Systems Scholarships. The awards are aimed at talented professionals who are potential future leaders, decision-makers and opinion formers who are looking to study postgraduate courses at universities in the UK.
The awards include a monthly stipend, travel to and from the UK via an approved route, an arrival and excess baggage allowance, a thesis or dissertation grant, the cost of an entry clearance visa and tuition fees (there is a global Chevening fee cap for £13,000 for MBA and Masters in Finance). If the tuition fees of your chosen course exceed this amount, please note that you may be required to supplement the balance of your award.
This scholarship is available to applicants from Malaysia looking to study in the fields of science, engineering and cyber security. When completing the online application form applicants must enter their chosen field of study as their first choice. Applicants are free to choose the university as long as this university provides suitable courses in the chosen field. The second and third choice can be any field of study and also at any university.
If your application to your chosen partnership field of study is unsuccessful then you will automatically be transferred to the Chevening Malaysia Scholarship where your second and third choice field of study applications will be considered.
